Please consider two key points when reading these Conditions of Sale, as they are the foundation for everything here:
- Buying used goods isn't the same as buying new. You use your judgement and you take some chances. However...
- ...we're in business because we believe in what we do and must excel to survive. We need happy customers. We definitely don't want to cause them any harm.
As our name implies, we are Proud to Ride pre-owned bikes ourselves, and Proud to sell them. However, we cannot pretend that it's the same as buying a brand new bicycle. If you require a one year or longer guarantee and immaculate finishes, we would respectfully signpost you to one of the many retailers of brand-new bikes, for example (in Lancaster) Destination Cycles, The Edge Cycleworks, or Leisure Lakes.
