Conditions of Sale (4): 28 day guarantee

We will make good at our expense, by partial or full refund or by repair, the choice among these being ours, any defect actually or potentially affecting functioning that emerges in ordinary, careful usage up to 28 days after sale.

This will not apply to

1. accidental or deliberate damage since purchase
2. deterioration since purchase caused by gross neglect, inappropriate use or unskilled interventions 
3. defects made known to the customer prior to purchase.

With the exception of (1), (2) and (3) above, the guarantee applies to all parts of the bicycle, whether newly replaced by us or original.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. It also does not imply liability by us for risks and consequences normally associated with used bicycles, which are fully accepted by the customer under our Conditions of Sale.
